Raspberry Dark Chocolate Chunk Bars

Delicious and healthy Raspberry Dark Chocolate Bars…and only made with three ingredients! A sweet little vegan dessert that is rich in flavor and low in natural sugar.

How to make Dark Chocolate Chunk Bars (at home!) topped with Raspberries, Strawberries and Cacao Nibs (or whatever you'd like ;)

When it comes to healthy dessert recipes, I’m literally obsessed with these dark chocolate bars. It only takes three main ingredients to make and then just add whatever delicious topping you’d like! That's it. I promise. And the beauty of this delicious recipe is that it suits nearly every diet, including gluten-free, vegan, keto and dairy-free. And plus it's super healthy, because chocolate :)

FULL RECIPE: Serves about 9-12 bars


1 & 1/4 cup cacao powder

3/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 cup cacao butter

Top with:1 cup freeze dried raspberries and strawberries

1/4 - 1/3 cup toasted coconut flakes

sprinkling of cacao nibs

pinch of sea salt

Instructions: Fill a small saucepan with 1/3 cup of water and place a bowl on top, covering the saucepan. Once the bowl is hot and the water below is boiling melt the cacao butter inside the bowl. Once it has melted stir in the cacao powder and maple syrup for a few minutes until the chocolate thickens. Pour into a lined baking sheet, spread evenly. Top with all your toppings and leave it to set in the freezer for an hour or so. Once set, cut into bars and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
