And for this holiday season I wanted to tap back into that playful, childlike spirit and recreate a similar spread…

So here we have it! Pumpkin-Raspberry Cream Cheese Spread over Bagels!

Cream cheese is a naturally sweet cheese and because of this it pairs beautifully with our delectable California Giant Raspberries!

My jaw dropped when I dunked my toasted bagel into this spread for the first time. Each delicious bite holds an unexpected pop of vibrancy, thanks to the sweet + tart raspberries, and is wrapped in fall flavors from the pumpkin purée. It strikes the perfect balance creating a festive spread tailor fit for the holiday season.

Pumpkin-Raspberry Cream Cheese Spread over Bagel Charcuterie Board:

8oz cream cheese or vegan cream cheese

1 cup California Giant Berries Raspberries

1/3 cup pumpkin puree

1-2 tbsp honey

Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until creamy. Pour into a bowl and spread all over your bagels and any other pastries you love!
