Iced Blueberry Cloud Drink 🩵

With…a cream top 😍

After being cooped up all winter, I am so freaking ready for spring! 💃🏻

Ready for sun-drenched afternoons, warm nights, and an iced California Giant Berries Blueberry cloud drink in hand, enjoyed outside with good friends and uplifting conversations 🥰

And in this little number, the natural sweetness of California Giant Berries blueberries meets the soft floral notes of chamomile, while coconut adds just the right touch of creaminess. And that color? Well it’s a dreamy blend of vibrant blue spirulina and juicy blueberries. 🤩

It’s light, smooth, and absolutely heavenly on a warm afternoon ✨

This gorgeous drink is the perfect excuse to slow down, gather your people, and enjoy the kind of effortless moments that make life so very sweet 🩵

Happy (almost 😉) Spring!

Iced Blue Cloud Drink

Serves 1

For the Drink:

3/4 cup coconut milk

½ - 1 tsp blue spirulina

1/4 cup chamomile tea, chilled

1/4 cup California Giant Berries Blueberries

Dash of agave, optional

For the Cream Top:

1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Dash of agave, maple or honey

Add all the drink ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Set aside.

Make the cream top by adding the heaving whipping cream and sweetener into a cup and use a hand whisk to whisk until the liquid thickens into a thin whipped cream texture - about 3-5 minutes.

Pour the blue drink into a cup with ice and top the cream top. Enjoy!
