This delicious Espresso Bluberry Smoothie Is Made Vegan And Gluten-Free. A Healthy Morning Smoothie That has a shot of espresso, spoonfuls of peanut butter and sweet blueberries.

Espresso Peanut Butter and Blueberry Smoothie!

I love breakfast and I lovvvve coffee. And for this recipe I wanted to take my favorite morning breakfast flavors and create one of the most dynamite smoothies! A true ‘breakfast smoothie’ with coffee and all!

Heaps of peanut butter and juicy blueberries are always a fantastic combo, but when you pair them with a shot of espresso…it’s just WOW. An exploration of flavors. When blended into a smoothie, the robust flavor of the espresso mellows, while you still taste the sweetness from the California Giant Berries blueberries and creaminess of the peanut butter. 

And I am thrilled to be featuring my favorite California Giant Blueberries in this recipe as smoothies are the perfect vehicle to sneak in any extra servings of fruit or veggies! And because blueberries are filled with antioxidants and vitamins, and are just plain delicious on their own, I will take any opportunity to add them into my meals.

And best of all, these ingredients are pantry staples, so you could whip this bad boy up the second the video ends :)

Espresso, Blueberry and Peanut Butter Smoothie:

1 banana, frozen

1 heaping tbsp of peanut butter 

1 shot of espresso 

1/2 cup almond milk

1 date, pitted

1/3 cup California Giant Berries blueberries 

Handful ice 

Mix all the ingredients into the blender and blend till creamy. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
