Chocolate Covered Berry Yogurt Bites

Makes 10 Bites

1 cup greek yogurt

1 tbsp almond butter

1/3 cup California Giant Berries Raspberries

1/2 cup California Giant Berries Blueberries

5-6oz bar of dark chocolate

In a medium size mixing bowl, mash the raspberries, almond butter and greek yogurt together. Gently fold in the blueberries and mix until combined.

Using a tablespoon or spoon, scoop out 1 tbsp of the yogurt mixture and place it on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Repeat until you run out of the mixture. Pop the yogurt bites into the freezer to set for 30 minutes. Right before the bites are ready, melt the chocolate in the microwave or melt by using the double boiler method.

Place the frozen yogurt bites onto a fork and dip them into the melted chocolate - coating the bites. Remove and place them back on the parchment paper lined baking tray. Coat each yogurt cluster.

Once done, pop the chocolate coated yogurt bites back into the freezer to set for 10 minutes and then enjoy!
