Here is your BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE SMOOTHIE recipe!!

A bunch of you wrote in saying you *still* wanted this recipe after our vote back in July during the California Giant Summer Series (the floral blueberry tonic took the win ), so I had to deliver what you asked for!

And I just gotta say I’m SO glad we went ahead and made it just in time for the end of summer

These sweet California Giant blueberries blend perfectly with granola, giving you that essential cheesecake crust feel. 

Then we have a swirl of blueberry sauce to make it extra fancy and a dollop of vanilla yogurt for more creaminess. 

Enjoy your delish cheesecake reincarnated in smoothie form.

Blueberry Cheesecake Smoothie

Serves 1

1/2 cup vanilla coconut yogurt 

1/2 cup California Giant Blueberries 

1/2 cup any milk 

1/2 - 1 frozen banana 

Handful granola 


*extra blueberries reserved for blueberry sauce 

Top with extra blueberries and coconut yogurt

Start by making the blueberry sauce by adding the extra blueberries and a splash of water into a blender. Blend until mixed. Set aside.

Make the smoothie by adding the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. 

Pour the blueberry sauce into your glass, line the glass with the yogurt and pour the smoothie inside. Top with a dollop of yogurt and blueberries. Enjoy!
